Our production partners and our factories have a reasonable production room capacity to complete the orderings from customers. Production time from 25 days to 90days which depends on the items or the speed of samples being approval by customers. Normally it takes around 7-10days for approval samples making or a hand sample for checking. Of course, it also depends on the season, as we have a Chinese New Year every year around middle of Jan. to middle of Feb. that will make production slow down. But we will always advise our customers the situation in advance or adjust our production schedule to fit your requested.

Our QA team always check the updated international standards and our QC team always keep inspecting the production every week. GMP documents for each production and each ite are ready for customers' checking.Of course, our QA and QC team keep contacting with the lab company such as SGS, TUV, ITS, Wonder, STO....etc to understand the updated new rules that requested from different countries. All customer's ordering production will be inspected and as per requested standard before delivery to customers.

We Are Very Strong on Developing and Producing Paper Plates and Have Been in This Business for More Than 10 Years. in This Vedio, We Would Like to Introduce Briefly the Production Process to You. Step 1: We Buy the Paper Material Which Is Already Cutted With the Sizes We Need.
Step 2: Once Get Customer’s Design Artworks Approved, We Go to Do the Printing and Surface Coating ( Not in Our Own Factory)
Step 3: We Have 1 Full-Automatic Die-Cutting Machine and Also 2 Half-Automatic Die-Cutting Machine to Do the Paper’s Die-Cutting.
Step 4: We Have More Than 30 Pcs of Shape Molding Machines to Do the Shape Molding.
Step 5: We Have 5 Machine Line to Do the Packing.
Step 6: We Have 1 More Warehouse Around 10000sqm for Storage Use.

Discription Of The Production Process of Party Foil Balloons

We’ve been in Party Item business for more than 10 years. In this vedio , we would like to introduce briefly about the foil balloon of the production process and our capacity.

Step 1: we will purchase the material like PET, PA for foil balloon orderings.

Step 2: Do the roll printing on the printing machine. We have 5 printing machines.

Step 3: Do the heat seal and die cutting. We have 5 heat seal and die cutting lines

Step 4: Do the package and packing

We have balloons in Number, Letter, Star, Heart, Round and also other different shaped or printed design ones. We highly welcome customer’s OEM or ODM designs.
